Ana poster sing dipasang ing tembok antarane Ruang Hemodialisis (HD) lan Endoskopi rumah sakit ing Surabaya. Poster kasebut unine “Lakukan Gaya Hidup Sehat”, nganggo latar mburi wong sing olahraga. Werna poster kasebut biru apik banget, langsung narik kawigaten para pengunjung, kalebu aku.
Nalika ngenteni antri kanggo mriksa endoskop putriku, aku ndeleng poster kasebut. Dumadakan poster kasebut katon nari ing mripatku, dadi pangeling sing kuat kanggo aku. Dheweke ngelingake manawa urip sehat iku wajib, ora bisa ditundha maneh. Jarene, urip sehat bisa nyegah penyakit jantung, diabetes, kanker, budrek (darah tinggi), lan stroke

Ah, mosok iya urip sing sehat mung bisa nyegah 5 penyakit “abot” kasebut? Kayane ora! Mesthine urip sing sehat bisa menehi nutrisi awak, sing tegese nyegah macem-macem penyakit. Nanging, yen diarani penyakit serius, sanajan penyakit entheng kalebu kanthi otomatis. Penyakit entheng minangka penyakit “makmum” penyakit abot.
Kanthi tembung liya, yen wong urip sehat – mikir, tumindak, lan tumindak sehat, bisa menehi pengaruh sing kuat marang kesehatan umume. Nalika dheweke sehat, macem-macem penyakit bisa dicegah dening awake dhewe. Aja kaya dioyak-oyak penyakit wae. Mula, wajib kanggo masyarakat supaya urip sehat iki
Piye carane? Kaping pisan, mangan panganan sing nutrisine seimbang, lan tambah akeh sayuran lan buah. Kapindho, nindakake kegiatan fisik 30 menit saben dina. Katelu, aja ngrokok. Papat, mriksakake kesehatan kanthi ajeg.

Nalika aku mikir babagan isine poster kasebut, dumadakan petugas kasebut nyeluk jeneng putriku, tandha yen dheweke bakal dites nganggo endoskopi. Aku cepet-cepet nyurung kursi rodhane menyang kantore dokter. Ing njero ati aku ngomong: “Nak, aja lali, sawise iki, awakmu kudu urip sehat. Supaya sehat lan bagas waras.”
