Maha Besar Allah yang telah menciptakan alam semesta beserta isinya.
Meski demikian, dalam imajinasi saya, manusia kecil di atas permukaan bumi dipantau gerak batin, gerak hati, dan gerak fisiknya oleh Tuhan, lewat para malaikat-Nya. Tidak ada satu pun yang meleset dari pantauan—baik dalam kebaikan dan takwa, maupun dalam kejatahan dan kemungkaran. Saya menyadari, tempat paling tepat bagi saya bukanlah di langit beserta keluasannya, melainkan di bumi yang setiap hari menjadi tempat berpijak. Tatkala pesawat berhenti dengan sempurna, dan saya keluar pesawat bersama penumpang lain, berjalan mendorong atau menyeret kopor kabin, menyusuri lorong arrival, menuju pintu keluar.
Kembali berada di luar bandara, saya berpapasan dengan banyak manusia berlalu lalang—sebagian tampak terburu untuk mendapatkan taksi atau mobil jemputan, sebagian, sebagian hendak berangkat terbang. Saya hanya berjalan sesantai kaki membawa tubuh, dan benar-benar menikmatinya.
